今日、aliexpressで注文したソーラーパネルが届いた。
インボイス見ると1pieceって書いてるから嫌な予感したが、開けてみるとやっぱり1枚。
今の注文リンクを見ると、販売単位が 1piece になっとる。
しかし、わしの注文のスナップショットには、
- Unit Type:
- lot (4 pieces/lot)
となっていて、1lot注文だから、4枚セットだわな。
とりあえず、いきなり Open Dispute せず、販売者に「残り3枚送ってくんない?」ってメッセージを投げた。
まあ、相場的に言っても 100W フレキシブルソーラーパネル4枚で $112ってのもおかしいのは分かってんだけど、注文が4枚1ロット注文なのでとりあえずゴネてみる 🙂
「システムの混乱」とか返信きた。
まあ、損はしてないが騙す気満々だった気がするので最低評価で勘弁してやろうかと思う。
aliexpress の評価って販売者もこっちをratingできて、それが完了するか、もしくは30日経過しないと公開されない仕組みなのか。
書いた内容は
I ordered 1 lot(4 pieces) this product. But, I could receive only 1 piece. I requested send remaining 3 pieces. Seller said “Due to system confusion.We can send only one piece. ” Why did the seller not recommend canceling when I ordered? At least, this seller has not confirmed the customer’s order. And this seller sends a different product from the customer’s order. I doubt that I have purposely lowered the display of the price of goods. The delivered product had its corner crushed. The box was not collapsed, and the product would have been damaged from the beginning.
